About Nigro Photography

For more than a decade, Nanci Nigro's work has been nationally and internationally recognized in exhibits and publications as well as television. Working as a professional photographer for over 15 years, her work was recently selected for use in the Hero's exhibit at Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum.

With photo shoots around the world, Nanci's love of photography has taken her through Europe, Japan, Central and South America as well as on extensive trips throughout North America. Her strong range of work experiences allow her to meet the needs of both private and commercial clients.

Nanci also owns and operates a photo studio located in Long Island City, Queens, New York. Nanci Nigro is available for photography on location upon request.

 About the Studio

Studio 13 at Arris Lofts is a full service photography studio equipped with a kitchenette and private bath for your convenience.  Easily located next door to the Long Island City Courthouse, one block from the entrance to the 59th Street Bridge, and across the street from the E & V stops at the Citicorp Building.  (Directions)
 
Arris Lofts has public parking available in the building (entrance on Vernon Street), and a municipal lot across the street behind the courthouse as well as metered street parking.
 
In addition to the studio, Arris Lofts has an outdoor courtyard and roof deck.  Providing good weather, this space may work as an outdoor alternative or addition to your session.
 
We are also a ten-minute walk to the waterfront location of Gantry State Park, which provides an exquisite backdrop of the New York City skyline and East River.
